Why Canadian Experience Class?

Canadian Experience Class is one of the best immigration pathway for skilled workers who are currently working or have worked in Canada and would like to apply for Permanent Residence visa. Having at least one year Canadian work experience enable applicants to become eligible to apply for permanent residence visa under Canadian Experience Class (CEC). More like other Canadian permanent resident visa programs, interested applicant’s has to create profile and then will be eligible to apply for permanent residence visa application upon successfully receive ITA (Invitation to Apply).
Before you apply

If you would like to apply for permanent residence under Canadian Experience Class, you have to make sure you meet the basic requirements and criteria.

-Minimum one year full time or equivalent part time paid work experience in Canada.

-Candidate must intend to reside outside of Quebec.

-Occupation must be listed under NOC Code 0, A or B within 3 years before you apply.

-Post qualification skilled work experience that international students gained after studies is acceptable.

Skilled Occupations includes: Skill Level 0- Managerial Jobs Skill Level A- Professional Jobs Skill Level B- Technical Jobs/Skilled Trades

Acceptable language proficiency result either of English or French that is equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) assessment level 7 in all four components for NOC 0 and A and CLB Level 5 for occupations falls under NOC B.

Who is not elegible under CEC?

Skilled worker and International students who would like to resides in Quebec can apply under Quebec Experience Class (QEC) as Quebec selects their own skilled workers. Skilled worker and International students who are no longer living in Canada can still apply for permanent residency under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) if they have at least one year Canadian work experience in the listed occupations within 3 years since they leave their job in Canada.
